I loved the community. However, I noticed that the air fresheners in the common rooms are a bit strong, and the music in the lounge was a bit loud. (Also not a big deal, but the garage gate is really squeaky, probably needs lubricant?)

The guide was very helpful and showed me everything I needed to see. She was very energetic. At the end I heard welcome home as I was leaving the building.

Because l it was everything the environment the warm warmness felt like home, and I love Ashley she was so nice and kind and polite and professional. I would love to move there.

We move in when the apartmens were under alexan. As soon as property management companies changed it went downhill. The only thing that stayed consistent was the maintenance staff.The people that have been allowed to move in are trashy. They leave trash everywhere from hallways to the garage. They are loud at all times of day and there have been multiple events where police officers outside of the already present patroling security have been called. Cars get broken into and damaged in the parking garage that is supposed to be gated and code controlled.They raise your rent yet the security gets worse. We no longer felt safe living in these apartments.At the process of moving out they committed a “typing error” and charged me $600 worth of rent that were not meant to be charged and took 3 weeks to reimburse me. When confronted in person about the wrongfully charged amount, the staff was very unpleasant and not willing to help. It wasnt until I emailed the manager that she communicated with me in a better way but even then still couldnt help me get a refund immediately and had to wait the 3 weeks for a refund.It is such a shame that such nice apartments have gone downhill since the property management company switched and they started providing affordable housing. It has definitely damaged the environment and safety of living there. Would 100% not recommend to anyone.
