It was a pleasant experience for a low maintenance style life. Property upkeep could use improvement but also tenant management needs lots of work. There was little to not enforcement of the smoke free community policy.

Finding the apartment. You would imagine luxury and privacy. The apartment was too expensive for the quality of the apartment. The mold, the water leaks from hot water heater, the maintenance low productive to actually fix the problem. It’s a no smoking facility, however the hallways smelled like weed, cigarettes and dog urine. OMG the worst is there are RATs! The management team never responded to two of my emails regarding a rat and someone smoking on my patio.
