The leasing specialist are both very attentive and kind! I received a full tour of the property, and didn’t feel like I was being rushed. I really liked the community!

I was get bit the whole time while viewing the property, the hallway floors are very dirty and smell really bad

Great community to live in. Quick maintenance responses, kept clean. Food trucks, community events, affordable living in a beautiful apartment. However, I did not receive any communication whatsoever during my move out and had to go to the leasing office myself to ask any questions I had about the process.

The community is nice but my experiences with the office staff range from annoying to infuriating. It is extremely unlikely that anyone will ever email you back or follow up on voicemails. You have to go in and hope that they are available. Even something simple like trying to buy reserved parking is a mess. They have no list of what is or didn’t available and no knowledge of where spots are. Jennifer told me to go and find a spot I wanted and then come back to see if that specific spot is available. Of course the one spot she told me was available actually doesn’t exist. I’m sure someone removed the sign and they just don’t know that a dude with a motorcycle has been using that spot unpaid. I tried to follow up again in person, but the only person available does not know how to check parking spots. Being perpetually “understaffed” is not an excuse for lack of effort.

Love living here! Very clean and quiet. Apartments are very updated.

The only thing is that I stay in a apartment that don’t have a patio and I wish I stayed on the second floor but it is what it is
