The parking garage I always has trash but I understand management can’t control that after hours. Parking can get crowded in the parking garage and people are ALWAYS SPEEDING THROUGH so be cautious.

There been a few things that have happen in the apartment, and some of the issues have been resolved, like I still here the neighbor having sex

I have enjoyed living at Jada Legacy. I am finishing up my second year of living here. Anytime that I need a service request they are there to complete it in less than 24 hours. The staff is courteous, compassionate, and nice.

It was a very good tour and facility and the woman who gave me the tour was even knowledgeable of the surrounding area which was also very helpful

I love the community aside from some outrageously loud neighbors. It’s significant enough to make me question whether I would recommend living here. My downstairs neighbor plays music so loud that his subwoofer vibrates my entire apartment. My next door neighbor also does this, but not quite as loud. So I pretty much constantly hear bass thumping. I have spoken with both neighbors but it continues. Apart from that, yelling douche bros outside near the fire pit all the time. It is rare to have any peace and quiet here. Courtesy officer is hit or miss. If the loud people are polite to security, nothing happens. Apartment management needs to do more to protect resident’s reasonable expectation of peaceful living.

Maybe share information about possibly moving into a new unit. For example, if someone has lived in a studio for a year or more share information about transitioning into a 1 bedroom.
