Even though I was a last minute walk-in, Chelsea did an amazing job at answering all of my questions and offered to give me a tour of a room.

There were bugs in the unit I was shown and there was trash in the hallways left by residents during my tour.

Why is it sooo hard for delivery people to locate my apartment and why can’t we able to come in and out of the door on the first floor it’s close to my apartment… why is it there.

Yes, office never answers the phone, it’s always kids playing in the halls almost every night, we get charged for trash and sometimes they come and still leave some out there, if you don’t park on bottom floor it’s a chance you may wreck because of the speeding in garage, sirens always go off
