This is the first time purchasing a Volvo. Mihai my sales person was so knowledgeable about this car and sold me the moment I drove one. He was always there to answer any questions I had on the car and to help me set up google play. He even followed up with a call to make sure I knew how to do the major update that happened after I purchased the car. Great service. However, with that said. I do love my Volvo BUT I will not purchase another car without Apple Play already installed. I purchased my car in Jan and was promised Apple Play 1st quarter of this year and it is already April 20 and I do not have Apple Play. Then I was told that it would be around July before I would have it AND we will have to be plugged into the car to use it?!?!?!? This technology is going backwards from the previous car I had. Don't like this at all!

The experience at the dealership overall was very good. I was also there seeking information about extended warranty for my Porsche. The Svc Mgr (Steve Saunders) was friendly and professional, however when I was introduced to a representative to discuss the extended warranty, that individual never extended me the courtesy of offering me to sit. I was there with the individual between 20 -30 minutes. I have no known physical disabilities, so I could handle standing and he did provide me several possibilities. Again I have nothing but great admiration and trust concerning Steve Saunders. He is a definite positive asset to the dealership.
