I was mostly satisfied. There was one problem that I identified. Most of the radio does not shut off when the door is opened. I have to lock the doors. I was sold a software update, which did not solve the problem.

I had a wonderful experience at the Volvo/Porsche/ land rover dealership in Greenville, SC. They had exceptional customer service for my little girl and myself. I absolutely love my new Volvo. I know that my child is safe in this vehicle. Taylor Cooper and Nafe were wonderful car salesmen.

After your incompetent salesman failed to order a hitch for my new Cayenne, I was finally able to secure the appropriate hitch on my day off. Your service manager(Steve Saunders) went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you Steve.
