All the communication before we visited the dealership was clear and helpful. On arrival we were greeted curtiously. Nafe met us promptly and the viewing / test drive was handled well. The deal was explained and the paper work was easy.

I appreciated the fact that the car's 30K mile regular maintenance/oil change was completed sooner than they had estimated since dealership is 1 hour from my home and I was waiting. Car was clean and all seems to be good. Only negative was the very loud and quite obnoxious COUNTRY & WESTERN music playing in the waiting room. I wanted to hang myself until another annoyed customer finally found someone to turn down the volume. I would guess most Volvo customers probably would have hated that music as well.

Volvo Service Department has always delivered world-class service. I have a 2004 Volvo G90 SUV have been driving from Seneca to Volvo Services in Greenville 2-3 x a year for over 10 years. I found that most traditional auto repair services typically do not do a good job in the complete diagnosis of problems; and therefore, it ultimately results in more money and more time-consuming visits. Volvo Service has always does a thorough diagnosis of my car and completes the work needed at the time of maintenance, with only a couple of visits a special part not in stock. I have the same car and it is still humming like new due to the great care Volvo has taken. The service manager David is amazing--he goes to great lengths to ensure that my car is well-serviced and has the best customer service from any other auto repair that I have experienced in 50 years since I owned my first car. David and his staff keep me informed of what needs to be done and the costs while it is in the shop. My car always leaves the shop clean. Last year because of my age, I was socially distancing due to COVID outbreaks. David sent a driver out to pick up and return my car to/from my home, which was extraordinary. David and the Volvo service team are all top-notch; they are honest and trustworthy, and I have never been disappointed. I always leave the lot with the confidence that my car is running well and I feel safe. I recommend the Greenville Volvo Service Department without any reservation.
