The servive dept accomodated me immediately...greatly appreciate it!

The Volvo of Greenville service depart is top notch! They got me in abs out quickly for a tire repair, without trying to upsell me. They also completed the required maintenance on my vehicle and checked to see if there where any recalls or recommended repairs without those items being scheduled or me asking them to do so ( they did get my permission first). To top it all off, they even washed my SUV and provided me with a bottle of water because it was so hot out. Very nice finishing touches. I will definitely be back for any future services needed.

Josh Toelstede was very helpful when I dropped my car off. He went above and beyond when I came to pick it up as it was during a torrential downpour and he went out to retrieve the car for me.

David in the service department is always a friendly face that greet you when you bring your car in. He has been there for years which makes me feel confident that my service will be done correctly. Service is always done in a timely matter and everything is always explained in detail.
