All issues (maintenance and warranty) that needed to be taken care of were done so in an appropriate time frame. Would be great if valet service could be re-established at some point to avoid having to drive to the dealership.

Steve Saunders did an excellent job documenting my issues and was able to explain fully the mysteries of my hitch. After noting scratches on the new trim pieces he promised to order new ones.
