My most recent visit to the Porsche facility was to replace the driver's side rear tire which I later was told had both a screw and a roofing nail punctured ion the tread. When we bought the car we purchased the extended warranty for tires and rims. The was probably the smartest thing we did. The tire was replaced in about an hour which I thought was very reasonable since I showed up at 9 AM without an appointment. The service crew was very pleasant, as usual.
