My experience with Steve Saunders in having my vehicle serviced at Porsche of Greenville is one of the best service experiences I've ever had with any vehicle at any shop/dealer. He's friendly, always in a good mood, and seems to genuinely care about doing the right thing by me and the car. I rarely show up without a list of questions and/or things that I'm concerned about, yet I've never left with a single concern. I know that Steve is "in my corner" and that my car is going to be well taken care of at Porsche of Greenville.

Service was good as usual. However it took much longer for some reason to get the car to me. I felt like the car was finished with the service, but a slow process to check me out.

Associates were courteous. service, though expensive, was done in timely manner.

The service went smoothly.

It was a small recall issue and software update with some vibration in the brakes. A rental was arranged, the jobs were completed in a timely manner and when the car was returned, worked flawlessly… This is my third visit to Greenville Volvo service and they’ve never disappointed me.
