The experience and dealership was great and everyone went out of their way. The car on the other hand is a a work in progress. Volvo should be embarrassed to be selling these with so many features missing, quirks and things not working well. I feel like I am beta testing this car for Volvo.

overall experience was excellent. Only comment I will make is that your certified technicians should know how to properly rotate tires for my vehicle. I paid extra to have tires rotated and your tech simply moved tires from front to back with out any crossover. Owners manual suggests otherwise for proper wear. Besides this the service manager and the visit were excellent!

I hesitate to fill out this survey. To be completely honest...my experience with the Volvo dealership and my car 7,000 miles in has not been stellar. The receptionist has been repetitively rude, there has been several large items wrong with my car already...7,000 mikes in....and I had to drive a Smokey rental car while I was displaced. Ashley in the service department was incredibly helpful and lovely...which was the only saving grace. It took six months for someone to successfully help me set up my Volvo on all app...and it was bc I was actually in the dealership for 3.5 hours this last time before the awful rental. I’m just not sure how before ten thousand miles I have had to replace a steering wheel module, two rotators, and a fuel pump. Hopefully my car will not continue to fall apart, three year lease. When I did pick up my car one of the seatbelts in the back seat was wrapped around the headrest and was stuck. A technician had to take my seatbelt apart in the parking lot after my car was released to me. I was late picking up my four year old on his last day of school. :(
