The service experience was very positive. However, having to wait a week to schedule an appointment due to the availability of a loaner is unacceptable.

Great team of professionals. 2 times I have been in recently, I have used the text feature that I was provided upon arrival and never heard back from anyone after I texted. Great to have electronic tools but you have to use them on your end if you provide them to the customer.

As always, the service team did a great kid. Mr, Elrod- my service coordinator was communicative, and even walked me through another issue on the phone 2 weeks later, with patience. Their dealership is very nicely appointed to work while you wait (desk set up easy charging outlets, etc) or watch something in the longe area in the smart tv- set up to let you pick and choose!

Came back in to do paper work to cancel protection plan and Taylor was very helpful. Understand it may take 8 weeks witch seems a little long but as long as its taken care of very satisfied!!!
