Steve Saunders is the best Service Advisor Porsche of Greenville has had. He's genuinely helpful. He keeps the customer advised of service progress. He checks for opportunities to mitigate the expense of the service. He makes a loaner available when needed and possible. Definitely superior.

My experience, as always, was great! From the phone call to Dean, to the face to face with Josh, the service and response was excellent! The fact that they greet you by name always gets to me. That kind of personal touch goes a very long way and it’s extremely rare. They even washed my car prior to me picking it up! It was pretty dirty so it saved me some time and money!
