After a limb fell out of a tree onto my windshield and roof, the work y’all did to repair my car was great! My only problem now is that the windshield wipers don’t work very well. It didn’t rain til yesterday, but I now notice the change in performance of the wipers. The body shop did a wonderful job on the repairs, though.

When I arrived at the service entrance, the customer service representatives greeted me. Then I explained the problem notification I'd seen. Shortly thereafter, my XC60 was fixed. Parts were covered by warranty, so there was no charge. Service experience was great. Only thing I'd improve on is the snack area. How about some donuts on occasion. Thank you.
