My 2016 Macan Turbo had a serious issue, that was difficult to diagnose. The service manager, Steve, was diligent in communicating with me as they worked to solve the issue. Not only did it get diagnosed and repaired, the service techs made several test drives to assure the issue would not be repeated. I sincerely appreciate the attention afforded to this experience.
