I had new tires put on in January. I got a nail in my tire that was too close to patch, so I was given a new tire.

Problem explained in detail. Courteous. Handled in a very timely fashion. Volvo service department is the best. And David is the most kind, patient and efficient service manager there is. Answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. I really felt like I was in good hands. Thank you!!!
