Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly, competent. Waiting area was small but comfortable since I was the only one there. Service was completed in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

They are very fast and friendly! But not important they get to know their customers and listen to their concerns. I was in a bit of a rush trying to plan my daughters bday and they were hustling to get me out. It’s common to get good customer service but very uncommon to get exceptional customer service. The service manager Dean has always gone above and beyond my expectations.

We were well cared for by Lyndsay and her associate Micah. They were very patient and answered lots of questions fully and carefully. You have two wonderful young people doing a great job at your dealership. The workup to the pricing was careful. Imagine our surprise when the first monthly payment presented to us was a $100 more than Lyndsay had calculated for us. This was in the closing room and for services and or insurance for maintenance which was not in the purview of the sales reps. These add ons were presented as fait accompli which we did not entirely accept. I would have made the same decisions if they had been offered as add ons rather than presented as assumptive items. I would urge you to reconsider this process. Fortunately Lyndsay and Micah's transparently great performance saved the deal. We also have great respect for your maintenance department which has serviced our two previous Volvosl
