My experience started off disappointing but Lee turned it around to be a positive one. The vehicle was not ready to take back home to Charleston, the service department didn’t communicate that to Lee. More service was required. Lee came through, all service completed, vehicle delivered to Charleston within 6 days, and spare key was FedEx. Update 12/15/2020 The car was sold with several problems that the dealership should have fixed prior to selling. I’ve owned 7 weeks and 2,000 miles. Bad front differential, bad control arms, & transmission issues. Vehicle is not clean and should have never been sold with these issues.

The Service Manager was personable and knowledgeable and was involved until all work was done. He actually tracked down a small gasket type part days before that was not at all that easy to find (I know, I tried) and had it there for me. Impressive. Was able to meet two Porsche mechanics and both were terrific. Talked cars with them and learned a lot. I simply loved being able to do that. How many times have you complained about rattles only to hear they didn't notice them or find them? Not here. They went after it. That to me was amazing. They advertise it online and by gosh they do it! Four stars, instead of five which the service completely deserves because the waiting lounge was only average and kind of small, so I just drifted around outside (nice day to) and admired the scenery (of Porsches) but I will be going back. Found a home.

Lindsay and Caitlin were absolutely outstanding during our purchase process. They had exceptional people skills and made us both feel like they really cared about this during this process. They should each get 5 stars. We felt pressured by your financial person with all the available options. Other than a sheet indicating we had signed up for additional coverages there was no documentation provided to read about the details of each program we signed up for.
