Staff were friendly, courteous and knowldeable. When I had to have the battery changed under warranty during my first visit on a Saturdayit seemed as if there were too few techs available, whcih meant my wait was almost double what was comminciated to me. On my second visit I called for a status on the service of my car and it was ready when I came to the service department. It seems there was a little confusion with the paperwork as the previous customer had signed off on my service document.
