I routinely get my Macan serviced at Greenville Porsche and fortunately I've had no major repairs needed. Recently, after my annual service, my 'parking sensor' inexplicably quit working. I brought it back (since it was 'checked' as a part of the multi-point inspection) and after a quick diagnosis was advised that an electronic parking aid control module was at fault. Steve Saunders felt like even though I was out of warranty, this shouldn't have failed and to my surprise and benefit, got Porsche to cover the costs to replace. UNBELIEVABLE! There are lots of reasons to drive a Porsche and have it serviced by the dealer, and this action validates the choice - - - standing up for me as they've done goes beyond "customer service" and includes an unparalleled accountability for their product.

1st service. All were courteous and professional, including our scheduling contacts. I believe they were Katie and Nicole. The only downside was that the service took longer than expected and we could not take the loaner home due to its being scheduled the following morning. Almost but not quite first class.
