The staff was very attentive and efficient, however I was disappointed that in order to get the battery alert light reset , I had to purchase a Volvo battery from your dealership even though I had already had a new battery placed in the car by my local mechanic in Columbus Ga.( We have no Volvo dealership in Columbus)

When buying a premium expensive luxury car, I appreciated the low pressure sales experience. The cars really sell themselves, and I had already done a lot of research so I knew what I wanted.

On the lot, everything was as I’d expect from a high-end dealership. One month later when I received late notice for my trade, that hadn’t been paid off, and then I had quite a lot of difficulty talking to an actual person, and then the payoff was lacking the additional interest for the month it wasn’t paid off, and, again, talking to an actual person, aside from the pleasant lady that answers the phone, was a challenge. But, hey, if a dealership kites payoffs like this for an entire year, that is a LOT of money to play with, that is loaned to other people. I, now, understand this is common practice, until you get caught.
