Even with a full schedule, they were able to take my car on extremely short notice.

All of the problems with my vehicle were addressed, the main issue was with Steve Saunders. In the past 3 weeks I have left him a total of 4 voice messages that he has not bothered to return. Very frustrating when you are trying to book an appointment for service and you cannot get someone from the service department to call you back! I currently own two Range Rovers, and this type of treatment from the service department honestly is making me consider selling the cars so I don't have to deal with it any longer.
