Had car delivered, 1st time buying a vehicle this way. Upside, very easy process, vehicle delivered to home. Downside, no extra key ($400.00) and when mentioned to sales person, NO COMMENT. In there defense, I could have turned vehicle down and they would have driven away but vehicle already there and hoped they would have done the right thing. GM Matt contacted me and took care of the oversight regarding the key. That was not expected and a wonderful surprise. Thanks Matt for everything and making this purchase experience 5 star.
