The salesman and sales manager were excellent. They were so helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. I wish the salesman would return my texts so I can get the seats and exterior body is treated.

The 20,000 mile service was excellent...and was given a loaner car. Also, left a gate opener in the loaner which was UPS back to me. No complaints...

Volvo has great customer service. Customer waiting area is clean and comfortable, and loaded with free snacks and drinks. Service Advisors keep in touch via email while waiting, which is very efficient and helps with social distancing due to COVID-19. Finally, as soon as you pull up for service, Volvo has provided masks and and sanitizer available for customers.

We had excellent initial service. We bought our new Volvo two weeks ago and we have several small issues. We have left numerous messages with the sales manager and our sales person. No one has returned our calls or responded to our emails from Greenville, SC.
