We had excellent initial service. We bought our new Volvo two weeks ago and we have several small issues. We have left numerous messages with the sales manager and our sales person. No one has returned our calls or responded to our emails from Greenville, SC.

I brought my car in at the appointed time and the work was done efficiently and I had the car back that afternoon.

I had an engine light come on and immediately drove to the Service Department. I was seen immediately and they did a diagnostic and found the problem. It was fixed and I was gone in under 45 minutes.

Water pump and manifold replaced. They were able to provide a rental car in like 20 minutes, even tho my original dealer messed up the appointment. Steve was excellent in providing updates

I had a great experience at Volvo of Greenville. I originally visited the dealership to get information about a future CPO V60 purchase. Mica Zimmer explained the benefits of leasing rather than buying. I left with a lease of a 2020 V60 and I love the car! He also ensured the body damage on the passenger door was repaired in a timely manner. Mr. Zimmer did a great job on his first day back from furlough and I will definitely tell anyone I know looking for a Volvo to visit your dealership.
