I needed to drop my car off for service, then get a ride to the airport. David was quick to accommodate my need when I made the reservation for the service. This is typical of the kind of personal service i receive whenever I bring my car to Volvo of Greenville. The young man who drove me to the airport was superb. I don't know his name, but you need to hang on to him. He's definitely a keeper. When I returned to Greenville, I called for my pickup at the airport. David told me most of his people were gone, but he'd find someone. He did; it was a manger. Again, I didn't catch his name, but we had a nice conversation on the way to the dealership. Outstanding service - EVERY time!

I scheduled online which was convenient, however when I called to confirm a loaner would be available the lady in service told me they prefer I do not schedule online. She said that is something that “corporate pushes”.
