It was a rainy day that I came in, I called before I came, Lyndsay had the car pulled up for me when I got there to look at! She was very friendly and helpful. The only issue that I had was not with my visit but noticed a crack in the tail light that is letting water into it, but noticed it too late apparently. All in all everything was great though!

Repairs were completed, but communication of the progress and status were slow. My calls were not always returned in a timely manor. I recognize that maybe your staffing was less than normal.
