Darrell Cruel and Ben were AMAZING. I expressed interest online and they called, I told them what I had been through and they worked with me for days on end to get me in a new car! I couldn’t have worked with anybody better. HOWEVER, with that being said, my car could’ve definitely been cleaned better. I assume it was a loaner for a few months and I found SEVERAL dirty spots when I got home, including, but not limited to, dried soda in the back cup holder, dirt on the ceiling and something white running down one of the speakers. Other than that, I’m the experience was AMAZING and the staff even more so!

The service department itself was patient in diagnosing the on my Range Rover and after having it back for several weeks now it is running better than ever and if possible, makes me love it even more. We found curb rash on one of the wheels that was there when we purchased the car, but we failed to notice it that day. I contacted Richard Declue, our Sales Associate, and he arranged to have the area repaired at no cost. He did an excellent job and we really appreciate the way Richard worked with us. Very professional!
