Great overall experience. Only negative was car wasn't delivered cleaned nor detailed. Expected a "new" product upon purchase.

I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay Taylor’s guidance in helping me choose a new car and patiently and in unfailing good humor teaching me how to work the technology. The Volvo I was replacing was 13 years old and the equivalent of a flip phone.

Service Dept took care of our issues. Sent a valet to pick up car as a second trip was required. That was helpful during the Covid19 situation and very appreciated.

Frank Schilder was particularly helpful and accommodating. I love doing business with Volvo at Greenville Luxury. The only drawback is that I live 90 minutes away from the location (3 hours round trip), so there is pretty much a full day involved with service. That being said, the drive is worth having my car serviced there.
