It took two weeks but most of that had to do with ordering a wooden steering wheel. Never did get it. Surprised that Jaguar cannot seem to procure the correct color but hope springs eternal. Not your fault. Also, one thing we forgot was to order a new rear view mirror. Phil was helpful all through the process and finding some price breaks at the end.

I was very happy with the gentleman that helped and I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours as told, BUT I had called twice and spoke to a lady both times in the service department and asked for the service department to call me to set up an appointment, they never called me, the second time I called the lady assured me they would call and they didn’t. The only reason I called a third time was I was going to be in Greenville that day and I wanted to try one more time. They did call back and I made the appointment. I live in Hendersonville and have for the last 5 years come to you for service, Asheville is a lot closer and you almost lost me. The only reason I am telling you this is because I want YOU to be successful and because your service department did not call me back you almost lost a long time customer
