John Miller my service contact took a year old problem on my A/C personally and corrected the issue. It was my yearly service also and I am now 100% satisfied

Vehicle was serviced as requested and no issues with the main reason for the visit. Opportunities for improvement would be - Fuel in loaner was very low, less than 1/8th tank, and my service took 2 days to complete when i expected it to be finished the day i dropped it off.
