I was visiting Greenville from out of town and experienced an engine warning light situation. I contacted Greenville Volvo and they fit me in that morning which was great. I spoke with David Elrod the service manager and although I was not listed in his system, he fit me into their very busy schedule. I did not realize that David was the manager until later so I was very impressed that the service manager handled my help request personally. I would note that this was the second time I have received ‘emergency’ type service from this dealership so I am very appreciative of their help. In this instance, the problem was a relatively minor repair but one never knows what it is when the engine light comes on. I would rate the service at Greenville Volvo ten stars if I could. Thank you to David and his crew for helping me and as a long-time Volvo owner it is what I have come to expect and appreciate from Volvo dealerships.//wcs//

My service representative Ashley was great. She listened to the problems with the car, understood how important time was. Gave me a loaner so my day didn’t stop just because of service. Which is good because it actually took two days. The service team was friendly and even found and saved my car magnet from my previous service.. sometimes it is the little things..

I made an appointment so that I could have their loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. It was ready when they said it would be, I would recommend their service department very much.

Steve is such a great Porsche service expert. He knows the product and goes above and beyond to communicate and get the job done right.

In for an oil change. Took the car at the appointed time. Finished it at the estimated time. Was able to watch some of the service from outside. Shop was clean and orderly. Technicians friendly and efficient. No leaks. No runs. No errors afterward. Couldn't ask for more
