I already knew the car

Absolutely loved my sales rep Sobhi and have already referred friends and family to him. Loathed my 50 minutes in the Finance Manager's office. He belittled me, kept me in his office alone for almost half of the time (a very poor sales pressure tactic), and when I held firm at declining any additional services, flat out refused to engage with me beyond placing paperwork in front of me to sign. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had, especially at a luxury auto dealership.
