Since a loaner was not available as scheduled during our service appointment, due to local weather issues causing extended time on loaners being out, we were given the option to have an other than jaguar model delivered from a local rental company or have the service put on an expedited schedule. We chose the expedited schedule and were pleased with the short amount of time, approximately one hour, it took to provide a complete annual service with a wash and clean. Great job and we had an opportunity to converse with other jaguar owners in the waiting area.
