I was really pleased with my experience overall. There are definitely some issues that have been a recurring problem over all of my visits. I have expected alternative transportation several times and actually officially requested it once, only to be immediately told that they didn’t have anything for me other than to shuttle me to where I need to go. I receive mailers ALL the time mentioning that every service includes a complimentary car wash, my car has never been washed before it’s been returned to me. It isn’t that big of a deal overall other than that I get mailers every month to every other month advertising these things and they never happen, which sort of puts me off. It’d be nice if even once in awhile I get the service that’s advertised, even better if I always did.

Tommy is great - very attentive to detail, thorough, helpful & personable. Shuttle was provided which was very helpful - driver great. Great dealership.

Overall a pretty good experience I understand there are some recent and even ongoing changes in the service department so they are still smoothing out some things.

Excellent service, however my creme colored floor mats appeared to be considerably dirtier following the visit.
