Next day replacement of damaged tire. Changed to spare donut so that I could use car while new tire was ordered and mounted. Like the new coffee maker in waiting room.

Scott Feinglass is by far the best Porsche service person I have ever dealt with. He was immensely helpful in assisting me in the aftermath of Porsche Roadside Assistance failure to come to my aid after I had a flat tire. He promptly ordered me a new tire and pursued the breakdown of communication with PRA when I was left stranded by the side of the road. Had it not been for Scott, I doubt I would ever buy another Porsche.

Gentlemen: Took 2009 Volvo XC70 due to check engine light and service light on. Very professional help. Waiting area excellent. Was able to take off service light. Check engine light is another problem. Had taken automobile to AAA for service because it was close to my business. About three days after service check engine light came on. When at dealer I was told I had no oil dip stick. Call AAA. they found dip stick. Replaced dip stick - still check engine light is on. Told by your dealer that some indicator would have to be replaced to correct problem. The cost $600.00. To me, that is quite costly. I have four automobiles and a truck but quite honest this Volvo is the best of the lot. This includes Acura, Cadillac, Lexus and GMC Truck. The Volvo has about 162,000 miles and it still drives and handles as it were new. It would be hard to replace. I just need to find someone in the Greenville South Carolina area that services Volvo’s. Not kicking dealer because I know they have a high overhead. I will say this, if anything ever happens to this 2009 Volvo XC70 I will somehow replace it with another. It is solid as a rock. I also feel safe for me and my family.

I very nearly did not buy a new Porsche because of very bad experiences with this dealer's service department on my earlier car. But some of their staff have moved, and my experience this time was very good. I had the car in for a very simple job, but the fact that it was done correctly the first time was a really pleasant change.

Service was great as usual. The only reason I didn’t rate as excellent is the performance of my vehicle. It’s brand new vehicle and it’s having routine maintenance issues, that have me falling out of favor with the brand unfortunately. I’ve owned 3 Volvo’s but this may be my last.

I have been to probably 15 or more Range Rover dealerships for maintenance. This is definitely in the top 3, if not the top. John Miller did a spectacular job making sure my experience was positive. I will definitely continue doing work here.
