I really appreciate you taking care of my vehicle, and the staff is always nice. I would have given 5 stars, but improvement needed in the communication area. While, your company did provide me with a loaner vehicle until my car was completed, I had to call to receive that information about my vehicle. I was provided with a direct number and was told to call or text with any questions but when I did, no one ever answered the calls or text. Then, I was sent a bill via email, which is fine but I had questions. Again, I called and no one answered. I understand that staff is extremely busy, however communication is equally important. Thanks again for your service.

Very personable customer service. There were some tricky warranty issues that were handled very professionally. Long wait due to time required to change 8 spark plugs. Car runs great. Thanks
