Mike was wonderful. Jordan was not. Purge valve was not the issue and within the quote was a Google ai response. Search bad purge valve symptoms and the results are the same writing as whats in the quote to the T. Not even saying my purge valve is bad, just the symptoms of a bad one. Not data provided behind why its failing. Again, false diagnosisBolts to back seat were not secure or tightened down. Plastic that surrounds the seat were not secured properly either.Hire techs that do a better job.
