When my father and I entered into the dealership we were greeted politely and serviced with no hesitation. Process was pleasant. After purchasing a new clean car, Mr. Sweeney came and congratulated me. Very pleased. And Thelma is very pleasant, very knowledgeable and I will stick with her again. When and if I buy another vehicle.From the very second I enquired about a vehicle Ms. Thelma answered all questions and concerns.

great experience with Jake Sweeney Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi Motors! They fixed multiple issues on my car quickly and did a fantastic job. The staff was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m so happy and satisfied with their service

Figure out why outlanders have to get brake replacements at 30k miles. My previous vehicles I didn’t have to do any extra services to until past 65k miles. I find it a little absurd to have to do so much work on such a new vehicle to keep warranties or safely drive the vehicle.I bought my Mitsubishi outlander sport 2 years ago. Had a pleasant time getting the vehicle and have nothing against the dealership. However the vehicle has come with some unforeseen issues such as replacing my rear brakes at 30k miles and extra work to be performed on the vehicle in order to not lose my warranty.

Everything was wonderful. We live 2 1/2 hours away if that tells you anything. We were given a good deal that no one in our area would match.Top notch customer service! Jonathan Ward was absolutely wonderful
