I was forced to make a selection. The selection I made is not accurate. The reason I was unhappy with the online scheduling tool is weekend appointments are not available on the online scheduling tool. I had to end up calling in to make the appointment.Quick, easy and the person assisting me was very pleasant. Additionally, he showed me how to save money by using my rewards.
