Overall the experience was positive. I would recommend. I am not hesitant to have additional services completed at James Mitsubishi.I thought the text communications worked well - but I was not aware that was the method that they were going to use. I expected a phone call. I guess I’m not up to date on common practices.Could not schedule on line as concerns were not listed. VERY difficult to reach service departmentEmployee was in discussion with someone(maybe a sales rep) I was disappointed that I wasn’t even acknowledged for a few minutes.The actual service communication itself was via text. It was clear/ easy to understand. I feel service was done in a timely manner.Good text communications. Work completed in a timely manner.Only “complaint” staff not very attentive in person.

Payments were much higher but I needed a car.They took great care of me while there and got me in a vehicle start to finish in less than 8 hours. Not a 10 because I got close to nothing for my trade but didnt realize until I was all finishdd.
