I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours they new I was waiting in waiting roomI had to ask after waiting 1 1/2 hours when will it be ready was told just a few minutes and still had to wait another 30 minutes. I also asks about getting a second key she said she would get me the information but did not2 hour waitCommunication and service timeI called no one answered then left a message and no one called me back I called back the next day and made an appointment
