Encourage everyone to skip the "salesman" persona. No one likes it and it's a deterrent to in person car sales. Had I not been treated the way I was, I was fully prepared to make an online purchase.My salesman didn't use the "salesmens" voice, he spoke to me as though we were just people trying get me something I wanted/needed. The financing process went very well, resulting in a lower interest rate than I had been previously paying. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I'm very happy with my purchase.
