Our representative was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of our time and circumstances. I feel Joseph went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We take care of my elderly mother and Joseph actually came to our house to complete the necessary paperwork and deliver our new vehicle and take the old one. I don't think a lot of people would have gone that extra step to help us out. Great Employee.This I believe is our fourth purchase from James Cars. My only complaint was wilt the employee sitting in the waiting area talking with another customer about how his girlfriend left him. The room is way too small for that kind of conversation, especially when he dropped a few f-bombs. Seems he should have had better things to do with his time when on the clock.Appointment went quickly, service manager was friendly
