Unfortunately the bank is to blame for that reference they decided at the last minute the information I was given wasn't good enough so had to go with a different one for a higher paymentYou guys did great it's the bank's they expect you to sell cars but fight you every chance they get if you can find a way to get them to cooperate more with the finance team everything would be perfectThe salesman Shawn was very helpful and attentive to my wants and needs

Some ceiling tiles in dire need of replacing. Amenities were offered but when I went to get some it turned out to be a vending machine. Didn’t know about WiFi. Some very out of date signage around the showroom. Again, not a big deal but the place could easily be made nicer.Our Sales agent Dave was a great guy. However, the rep that sits next to him (younger guy) was closing a deal with another client and was not professional in the slightest. Using foul language, lack of awareness and just plain unprofessional. We were literally sitting 8-10 feet away from you and you think we can’t hear that crap? Clean it up. Again, Dave was great but had I dealt with the other “gentleman” James Mitsu would’ve lost a $41,000 sale.Seemed to take a long time after we said “this is the one” 3+ hours or soSeemed like I was able to navigate the website and inventory faster and better. i.e. using filters to eliminate vehicles that didn’t match description of what we wanted. No big deal, just unnecessary time wasted.Easy to deal with just seemed like it took a long time to finalize after we chose the car we wanted

Some things were not explained, and I forgot to ask as I felt rushed)My previous car trading in was already cleaned out & I was missing my handicap placard. It was found the next day & returned to me. This was the 1st time someone else than myself cleaned out the car I was trading in. This I didn't like.Pleasant experience

Had to wait 2 weeks for an oil change.Car was not washed because it was snowing heavy at the time, I understand.

I hate this vehicle. I will never buy another Mitsubishi. I paid a ton of money for a car where I have to pay for a damn subscription to use the car starter. This is bullshit and robbery as far as I am concerned. All dealers are is liar sales people.
