Robert is very professional and kind. Between him and Hugo I rest assured when I have any maintenance needs that either one of them will take care of it. I feel comfortable with either one of them in my home when I’m not away.

While I have enjoyed my stay at Jasper, the ongoing mess in the trash area has been a significant drawback. It is very disorganized and poorly maintained. I believe better management of these facilities is essential for resident satisfaction.

Needs no improvement. It’s an excellent apartment. It just elevator number five always needs repairs which is inconvenient for me cause I have a lung disease and cannot walk that far to elevator one.

Too noisy, security is lacking, dog feces in the hallways, constant random alarms, etc.
