Attitude is everything. If you’re arguing and stressed out as the face of Jasper, you might want to reconsider your job choice. If you cannot handle the pressure, this job is not for you.

Robert deserves the 5-Star rating. In addition to repairing our Dryer, he immediately took care of our request to change our Air Filter and Water Filter. Excellent customer service!

The leasing office was very attentive to getting maintenance in my apartment as soon as the incident happened. The communication between the leasing team was top-tier!

A couple of maintenance guys came to check the smoke detector after it had already been checked. They decided to enter my closet, where I was sleeping, because it's the only place I can sleep that is dark during the day. Why did you have to check the closet when there's clearly no smoke detector there? Why did they go into the closet? What for? They thought I wasn't home because I was asleep, but they decided to open the door and try to go into my closet. What for???

Hugo is awesome! He always comes with a positive attitude. He is very helpful and will make sure everything is fixed and clean before he leaves.
