The leasing office was very attentive to getting maintenance in my apartment as soon as the incident happened. The communication between the leasing team was top-tier!

A couple of maintenance guys came to check the smoke detector after it had already been checked. They decided to enter my closet, where I was sleeping, because it's the only place I can sleep that is dark during the day. Why did you have to check the closet when there's clearly no smoke detector there? Why did they go into the closet? What for? They thought I wasn't home because I was asleep, but they decided to open the door and try to go into my closet. What for???

Well, my disposal was not working for some reason. The maintenance guy leaves a message that there was too much junk in it. Isn’t that the purpose of the disposal to chop up the junk? How is that a wrong? Because the machine failed in doing its job? That was a dumb comment.
