I appreciate the quick response of the maintenance staff. They were "in & out", and efficiently completed my request in less than 10 minutes.😊

Hugo is awesome! He always comes with a positive attitude. He is very helpful and will make sure everything is fixed and clean before he leaves.

I love living at the Jasper Apartments. Everyone is so friendly. Maintenance is definitely on top of everything!

Well, my disposal was not working for some reason. The maintenance guy leaves a message that there was too much junk in it. Isn’t that the purpose of the disposal to chop up the junk? How is that a wrong? Because the machine failed in doing its job? That was a dumb comment.

I really wish management would make more of an effort when it comes to the dog park cleanliness. It’s been an ongoing issue — many residents don’t clean up after their dogs, and despite my repeated emails over time, nothing has really changed. I understand it’s not always easy to enforce, but it would mean a lot to see some kind of follow-through or consequences in place. The space could be great, but it’s hard to enjoy when basic cleanliness isn’t being maintained. I just hope they start taking this more seriously. Other than that this place has been decent and hasn’t been the worst. But few improvements and I’d love it . The first 6 months of opening and living here were really great !

Hugo was amazing problem was fixed in under 30 minutes and responded to under an hour always friendly always smiling i truly do appreciate the promptness of this building
